Case Management

North Star collaborates with the resident’s case managers from the Department of Child Safety to ensure a comprehensive support system. North Star provides the following services to case managers:

  • A comprehensive and timely intake and case management process
  • Direct access to staff and residents (on caseload) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

  • Participation in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings

  • Monthly progress reports
